Day 01

Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun to Barkot

As we drive up the busy plains, you see the busy plains getting distant, and you settle in as we drive up into the peaceful base of your very first holy shrine, the cool and quiet Shivalik hills.

Day 02

Yamunotri Dham

A beautiful, crisp morning hike along the Yamuna River for the first prayer and dip your hands in the natural hot springs.

Day 03

Barkot to Uttarkashi

We head deeper into the mountains, driving alongside the sparkling Bhagirathi River. We’ll stop by beautiful apple orchards and settle into spiritual Uttarkashi just in time to hear the evening temple bells echo loudly.

Day 04

Uttarkashi- Gangotri

Riding through beautiful granite valleys, to the beautiful white shrine where the holy Ganga touches the earth for the first time.

Day 05

Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

A scenic ride passing through the heart of the mountains as we head towards Mandakini valley. The air gets cooler, peaks get closer, indicating that we’ve reached lord Shiva’s territory.

Day 06

Guptkashi to Kedarnath

Here comes the big day. No matter if you walk, ride, or fly, standing in front of the old stone walls of Baba Kedarnath among snow-capped mountains will leave you with goosebumps.

Day 07

Kedarnath to Sonprayag

After this long cardio of 22 kms, your body demands complete rest. This day is dedicated to a downhill journey after morning aarti and complete rest during your stay in Sonprayag.

Day 08

Sonprayag to Badrinath

After catching a magical golden sunrise, we head on our journey of around 6 hours to Lord Vishnu’s territory located on the banks of the Alaknanda River.

Day 09

Badrinath to Haridwar

Now it’s time to say goodbye to all good memories. After the morning aarti and lord Vishnu’s blessing, we head back towards where we belong.

Secure or book your holiday package either by full payment or a minimum secure advance deposit of 2000 per person at the time of reservation.

Any remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival at the designated place with our tour leaders, guides, or drivers appointed for the trip.

We accept all major digital payment methods, including Google Pay, Phone Pay, direct bank transfers, and cash payments.

Final registration for any scheduled batch closes strictly before departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For immediate emergencies or cancellation requests, please directly contact our team at your earliest convenience.
Refund packages are calculated based on the day we receive your formal cancellation request.
30+ days before departure: 90% of the total package cost will be refunded.
20-30 days before departure: 70% of the total package cost will be refunded.
10-12 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.Less than 7 days before departure: No refunds can be processed.

Missed out on tour features, unvisited spots, or delayed eating because of personal reasons.
When the tour is terminated midway due to individual decisions or conditions.
Displeasure with weather conditions or rules governing local destinations that are not under our control.

The daily itinerary may be changed by Sapna Holidays at any time without notice in case of sudden changes in weather, road blocks, and traffic delays.
In case of extreme circumstances, if a tour is cancelled from our side, then you’ve the option to reschedule the tour or get a full refund (excluding independent flight/train tickets).
We adhere to the highest standards of safety during the trip; however, Sapna Holidays cannot be held responsible for any accident or personal losses. All travelers should have a valid government photo ID card (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport).
Rude or disorderly conduct or poor language towards tour staff or other passengers will result in immediate removal from the tour group without any refund.
